Stars And Their Role With The Human Race
People have been amazed and awe-inspired by what he has seen in the skies since the dawn of humanity; in times of long ago, the stars that light up the night sky have turned into deities that were responsible for most of the different feelings and intentions that are constant parts of the human psyche.
In those times, the worship of the stars required –according to the human perception- of sacrifices and other forms of offerings that would apace the deities that the stars represented. As humankind evolved, the stars lost their divine role in the events that affected humans all over the planet; and new roles were rested upon them such as guiding points for sea travellers and explorers alike.
Currently, stars represent knowledge and the opportunity to settle for the last time, the ancient riddle, whether there was a divine or scientific creation. Still, for modern day philosophers, such discovery will not end the discussion, just close a chapter in it; with the idea to discuss if there is life on other planets and where did this life come to be…
Whether science can settle this discussion or not, will not matter since the role that stars play in the lifestyle of the human race is just as active as it has been from the dawn of man.
So, it is evident that in modern days just like in those days from the past, the stars have caused and will be able to cause endless philosophical discussions on, about and surrounding them. Stars will continue to be an important part of the daily activity and the thoughts as well as the philosophical treaties of the human race.
